The Minister for Communications and Digitalisation, Hon. Mrs. Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, visited the Republic of Korea, Seoul, from 2nd to 6th November, 2021. The purpose of the working visit was to attend the 2021 Global ICT Leadership Forum; to pay a courtesy call on Dr. Hyesook Lim, Minister of Science and ICT of the Republic of Korea, as well as to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Establishment of Information Access Center and ICT Cooperation between the Ministry of Communications and Digitalisation of the Republic of Ghana and the National Information Society Agency of the Republic of Korea, on 5th November, 2021.
