The Embassy of Ghana in Seoul wishes to inform the general public that the 2025 Diaspora Summit is scheduled to be held at the Accra International Conference Centre in Ghana from 19th to 20th December 2025.

The event aims to explore reparations and heritage linkages within the broader African agenda and seeks to reposition Ghana as a central hub for Pan-African cooperation.  

It will be held under the theme: “Resetting Ghana: The Diaspora As The 17th Region” and will have His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana as special guest of honour.  

Other highlights will include deliberations on strategies to strengthen institutional linkages between the government of Ghana and the diaspora as well as harnessing skills, resources and innovation for mutual benefit.

All Ghanaians and diaspora communities in the Republic of Korea are invited to participate in this all-important summit.
